FYI - it is not easy to discover your location from your website. I clicked on most of the pages, and it was not until I went to one of your event pages on Facebook that it was mentioned where a production will take place. Although I'm still not certain whether you are based in NYC or in North Jersey.

It would be helpful to know the location of this project, especially since it requires meeting over several months.

Also, will the emphasis be on the development of the play or the development of the director working with new plays?

thanks-

-kato

Everyday Inferno Theatre Company is seeking submissions from playwrights for its inaugural Development Lab. Each writer selected will be paired with a director with whom she or he will develop new material. All participants will meet once a month over a six-month period (June-December 2015) to critique each others’ work; the process will culminate in an invited reading. EITC will provide space for rehearsal and presentation of the projects.

Interested candidates should submit a résumé and two samples of your writing: one 10-page excerpt and one complete script (excerpts may or may not come from the complete script). All excerpts will be read; complete scripts will be read if the candidate moves on in the selection process. Email all materials or any questions to everydayinferno@gmail.com. For more information about Everyday Inferno, please visit everydayinferno.com.
