I've posted my paper on dream logic in the theater on my blog:
http://puzzlewit.blogspot.com/2008/06/perchance.html
It was written for a class on Neuroscince and Performance @ Brown this spring. I discovered some fascinating things. This essay will be the beginning of continued investigation into the operstions of dreaming cognition and what it has to do with why we go to the theater, and what role dream-logic plays on our innate understanding of theatrical forms.

oh MAN this is SO up my alley. I decided Brown wasn't going to be on my list of colleges because i don't want to be away from home to get my degree (which would be library sciences) but if i do try to apply anywhere for playwrighting, i'll apply there. SO JEALOUS I WISH I WAS BACK IN SCHOOL.
my sleeping meds are kicking in, but I will give this a read and tell you my thoughts. You know, later, when Lunesta isn't in my system.

| Great paper! I'm preparing to direct a play that uses quite a lot of dream logic, so it was fascinating to read your research and observations.
