Emerging Artists Theatre in New York will be performing my one-man play, “Urban Wash”, on Friday, Mar. 21. This is my first show in NYC, so I’m pretty jazzed (I’m actually typing with jazz hands, which I do not recommend).

Here’s the thing: this is a one-night/one-performance show, so the one chance you’ll have to catch it is Friday, Mar. 21 @ 7 p.m. And, not to be melodramatic, I’m on the bill with two other short plays that evening, so I’m guessing that tickets may go fast.

HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS?
Excellent question. My show is part of Emerging Artists’ “One Man Talking” program. Here is a direct link to that “One Man Talking Talking” ticket page: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/595794. One very important note: you have to book tickets based on the show date and time (my show is Friday, Mar. 21 @ 7 p.m.). So on this ticketing page you’ll need to find that date and time in the drop-down menu and select Friday, March 21 @ 7 p.m. to book tickets for my show.

You can also reserve ticket by phone: 1-800- 838-3006.

WHAT IS THAT SHOW DATE AGAIN?
SHOW DATE: Friday, March 21
SHOW TIME: 7 P.M.

WHERE IS THE THEATER?
Another excellent question. The show is at:
TADA THEATRE: 15 W. 28th Street, Second Floor (Closest Cross Street is Broadway)

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Tickets are $10.

HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
The total run time for the entire show is 60 – 70 minutes. My section is approx. 15 minutes.

This sounds very nice.

Congratulations.

I love title. My imagination is flying! Just read the brief synopsis and I am intrigued.

I had just posted this on another thread on the site, but I will post it here again:

MFA vs. NYC: campus quads vs. Brooklyn brownstones; agents vs. professors; short stories vs. novels; workshops vs. publishing parties... more»

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Thanks for the congrats. I'm very much looking forward to seeing the piece. It is a visceral piece focused on how we allow the current normal to wash over us and numb us to become the accepted tide. If you find yourself in NYC on Mar. 21, come on by. Cheers.
