Hey all,

I've been MIA from the forum for the past few months and in my absence have sorely missed its goings on. I am trying to format a play that I've been screwing around with so that I might be able to get it out to some contensts in the way-near to distant future. I don't even call myself a novice at formatting and am hoping some of you all might take a look at what I've done and critique what you see, offering any tips, pointers, general suggestion for how to get it in acceptable shape. The problem I've been running into is that I can't preserve the formatting when I try to upload it as an attachment to a thread or when I copy past it into the actual text box. Would any of you be so kind as to include an e-mail address where I might send it to you as a Word document for your assessment? Please post a reply with your e-mail or email me directly if you'd be willing, zkinard@ycp.edu. I'll send the the first act as I've shakily formatted it along with soem of the major problems I've been running up against. Thanks a bunch all. Happy 4th!

Cheers,
SC

Hey,

There should be a save text format under "edit" for most programs (Atleast I think its Edit). Either way if you are using a program like final draft or the free Celtex both have this feature. Alternatively you could try saving it as an Adobe reader PDF file which will also save the scripts format and then you could attach it to your post. But that save text format feature is how I get my scripts on the forum here and it works great.
