I awoke this morning to some wonderful news. EVENSONG in the Chelford Play Festival in England was nominated for Best Play. Jacky Slator played SHE and David Muncaster played HE. Jacky WON Best Actress! Now EVENSONG will move on to the Wimslow Play Festival.

Congratulations Jacky, David and to Ti Buckley for her spot on direction.

Edd

P.S. The US doesn't seem to care much for my plays (other than my trashy 3 GUYS). I must be doing something wrong because most of my productions have been in the UK, Ireland, Canada and Australia; and one in Spain and another in South Africa. Maybe I should move to London. Maybe I could raise the money through QuickStarter.

Very very cool news.

I think it's that 'don't look in your own backyard' thing.

I have way more plays produced in the US than Canada.

Also cool that it was David!
