I have written a 10-minute play that deals with aspects of (the Christian) religion.

Does anyone know of a theater that accepts that type of thing? I subscribe

to "The Loop", but haven't seen anything in there despite its abundance of

helpful listings, and I Googled it also, but couldn't come up with anything.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh my!? "Aspects of the 'Christain' religion." What does it all mean? What is a "Christian" play? Maybe a query to Janet Peterson, Artistic director at Acacia Theatre: acacia@acaciatheatre.com. Love, peace and silliness, Mary Alice Mark

Mary Alice,

Thanks for the suggestion; I'll send a query along.

"What does it all mean? What is a "Christian" play?"

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to either question.

Have a good one, and thanks again for the lead!

Check out these folks:

CITA: Christians in Theatre Arts. They hold annual networking conferences and have several resource lists.

Hmm. That'll be the 'Oh God' festival to which I submitted a script and heard diddly squat about. It doesn't look like they've updated their website in about six months so I'm not sure they're still active. I hope they get it together again.

Good luck with it.
