|Well this is kinda relevent to playwriting, as the poem found a home in the play I wrote for my dissertation, anywho, always wondered what other living humans would make of it.
My instinct is "not much", with my normal writing my confidantes are encouraging and seem to enjoy reading it...with my poetry they smile politely and change the subject.

He reads Das Kapital in Starbucks
Drinks coffee made from men
He bought his cause on EBay
Twelve for the price of ten
They stole our revolution
But now we’ve got it back
Hammer, Sickle and a Nike tick
Within a multi pack
