Mana:
George and Condy lie, staring up at supposed clouds, the tops of their heads facing the audience.

GEORGE:  Condy?

CONDY:  Yeah, George.

GEORGE:  That one there.  (points)

CONDY:  Kinda looks like Iraq.

GEORGE:  I was gonna say China.

CONDY:  China?  China's got more longitude.

GEORGE:  You lost me.

CONDY:  What else is new.

GEORGE:  That one there.  (points) A terrorist plot.

CONDY:  Where do you see that?

GEORGE:  It's pointy, and dark around the edges.

CONDY:  Job's getting to you.

GEORGE:  Last week, twenty four servicemen died over there.

CONDY:  I know.

GEORGE:  And they're all going to heaven.  Which is right there. (points)

CONDY:  Yup.

GEORGE:  And good ol' nine eleven.

CONDY:  Where's that?

GEORGE:  Everywhere.

CONDY:  It's why we still have jobs.  Knock on wood.  (reaches over, knocks on George's forhead.)

The title works.  Smile.

The counting stars part was cute.

Why are you sharing this one minute with us?  I'm not sure.

Paddy

I believe every word of it.  Hard when satire is reality.
