Mostly, I wanted to thank Paul Thain for making the leap and remaking the Playwrights' Forum--it's a beautiful thing, and here's hoping it can serve as a fun, useful source of information and companionship among professionals and those learning their craft. Bravo!
I'm also pleased to be able to say that my play "Lost Wavelengths" has been chosen for Portland Center Stage's JAW/West New Plays Festival this summer, which in the past has sent a couple plays on to the Humana Festival, the New York Theatre Workshop, New Dramatists, etc. Plus, it looks to be a blast to participate in.
Thanks for the change. It feels like beginning a new production, with all the excitement and trepidation that go along with that. Perhaps it will inspire me to post more often, or actually post under my real name, which I hope will be a good thing.
By the way, will we still have access to the archives of the old forum?
