I think you can go one of two ways with the additional length -- precisely as you have ordered it here (which reads well) -- or to have the additional biographical information follow the "letter" and your signature.
For online submissions I tend to include my bio after my signature, primarily because with e-mail I do not want to send more than one attachment -- and the attached document will be the play or sample. This organizing strategy allows me to send the bio info without having to attempt to fit it into the style of the letter itself. That way the tone of the letter can serve the play (and the theater), and the bio can serve to represent me.
Either way you choose to pack the bio info, this letter and this format work very well.
