Piper Theatre Productions Living Series: A One-Act Festival (June 18-20, 2010, Brooklyn, NY) – Seeking one-act plays by playwrights from the New York City area that investigate the connections (or disconnections) between people’s identities and their “occupations” for this year’s “Making a Living” festival theme. How does what we do make us who we are?
Selected plays will be produced and performed at the BAX/Brooklyn Arts Collective in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Plays should be between 5-30 minutes. Include a cover letter with a brief introduction of yourself and your work, full contact information, and a short synopsis (2-3 lines). Leave identifying information off of the play itself.
NOTE: E-mail submissions preferred.
NO FEE.
The Living Series, c/o Rachel Rear, 350 5th Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11215, livingseries@pipertheatre.org, http://www.pipertheatre.org.
