My minimalist short play, "Seasons of Boris," will be presented as part of SLAM Boston, Diverse Voices in Theatre, produced by Another Country at the Factory Theatre on October 4-6.  If any of you Bostonians get a chance... I'd love to hear how this play--which I've never seen or even heard--goes.

Thanks!

Wonderful! Hard, isn't it, that your play goes on without you?

Hope someone reports for you.

Kris

I should hop down the road and see this in October. Boston is 40mins from me.

Congratulations and why are you not hopping here to Boston to be there on the night?

. . . and all too slow coming and very much deserved!  Congrats, my friend.  I love Boston!

Thanks, everyone!

Potabasil, I wish I could hop to Boston, but time and money seem to be conspiring against that right now. Grrr. Darn ol' time and money. Be sure to let me know if you hop on down there yourself!

And you're right, Paddy--it's hard when the plays go on without you. Kind of like the mom who doesn't get time off work to go see her daughter's dance recital or son's soccer game. But I do get to go see my first true one-act next week, so that will have to suffice for now!

timmy-- the real Boris' brother lives in Boston!

and in media res and Edd--thanks so much for your constant support and help.

SLAM Boston is a great event and Another Country is a great group, by the by. They did my short piece, "First Time for Everything" at the Boston Theater Marathon a couple years back. You're in good hands.

Thanks, Shanahan. That's good to know. Gleaning what I can from the website and correspondence, they seem like really good people.
