For those of you in the Keystone State, two of my short plays will be produced there this week:

THE MESSAGE
An accidental mixup of wedding rings creates confusion for jealous fiances in this ode to the old fashioned romantic comedy.

Part of FALL IN LOVE, a one act evening at Dubois Area Senior High.

GREENER GRASS
Suburban America turns Wild West as a love triangle construct murderous plots.

Part of Future Ten Festival of Ten Minute Plays in Pittsburgh.

Hope you can make it,

DWolfman,

Good to hear and see your face around around with Mary Steelsmith. . Congratulations.

Not much activity around the Forum for some time.

Maybe you guys can give it a jumpstart.

i had three separate one-acts performed in NYC this past year and was finalist in a recent NY Fest, but not selected. (Pisses me off!)

Anyway, for any writers out there and who are new to the site, notice you have people who are out there " doing it." And you can, too.

Best,

IMR

Thank you both. I pass by and read the forums quite often, but rarely post. Will try to do more.

Productions of my plays are usually few and far between, it was just very strange having two done not only the same weekend but in the same state.

Did you get a chance to go? Hope things went well.

I really need to write a play soon. I don't care how long it is. 10 minuteā€¦one minute. I miss it and I wake up at night sometimes thinking about it.

Was not able to attend the shows and haven't heard anything from the companies. I also hope things went well. Am very grateful they chose my work.

Also hope you have a scratchpad ready when you wake up with those thoughts. When I do that, though, I can barely make out my gibberish in the morning.

Wishing you the best,

-DW-
