Crazy fees.

If you don't charge actors to audition, you shouldn't charge playwrights to submit.

Good point, Paddy. $25.00 for 10 minutes was actually a shocker.

Actors don't pay to audition, but they also don't receive any compensation of any kind. Here there's a chance for playwrights of a prize up to $250 and have their play produced.

But I get it, if your shop is no-submission-fee, then so be it.
