gals, you might want to put a man's name on your works...the bias seems strongest among female artistic directors. for shame!

The study is actually rather more nuanced than the above post would have you believe (perhaps not surprisingly).

Interesting, though the basis of the study is questionable by its own admission. Certainly not the simplistic Mars/Venus pop psychological chasm that some seem all too eager to embrace.
