 so first i get a phone call telling me one of my scripts has won FIRST PLACE in a competition!

then i get an email telling me another script is a semi-finalist in another competition - out of 104 entries, i'm through the first round & am one of the remaining 20!

how often do you get a day like this????

  And if I  may brag a bit, my play won Third Place in the same contest, and two of  my other plays are also semi-finalists with Spiny's.  :-)
