Half the planet got an email from them.  They're offering substandard terms (40% royalties for the author?  are you kidding?), and the Dramatists Guild of America sent out a warning about that and other problems with their service.

I'd avoid this one.

Just taken a look myself, they actually offer rates of 65%. They sound interesting to me.

I'm concerned by the bad formatting in the scripts I browsed -- look through this one (http://www.productionscripts.com/james-studdard-capital-punishment-p-180.html?read_sample=yes) for example.

But i think that's down to the individual playwright, some of them look good. It's a marketplace listing site not a publisher.
