Has anyone had any experience with a dinner theater doing one of their shows long term? Interested in learning about what kind of financial arrangement is made on something like this, or at least where to get that info.
Hi Emjaydee, I should imagine one of the Dramatist Guilds is your best bet for seeking advice regarding this. I'm sure there are a few members on here that can highlight some specific text for you.
I would guess that the arrangement could run along the lines of percentages against evening profit takings (less bar). Or they may decide to offer you a "pay as you go" contract... pay per play literally. This is all just speculation on my side though.
