A publisher (Dialogus out of Dallas) who licensed 6 of my plays went bankrupt about a decade ago and the work was automatically reassigned to me. As for what to do, the choice is all yours. Personally, I'd take the opportunity to go through it and see if it is as you want it and then I'd start sending it out again. It's a good opportunity to rewrite or merely to tweak. You certainly have no obligation to the former publisher once your contract is voided by their reassigning it to you. "Trifles make perfection and perfection is no triviality." --Michelangelo ~Edd
