hooray for you! i love that book & have been trying for quite a while to get some group to stage my adaptation called "the count of monte crisco" which is set in a texas diner.

i work with a middle school drama club for my kids' plays. unfortunately, for my adult plays, i haven't been so lucky - i just keep submitting to theaters - it's like banging my head against a wall.
